Terms and conditions
Scope
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between RENODAY (Bellemansheide 50, 1640 Rhode-Saint-Genèse, BE0784519667) and its clients in connection with the provision of landscaping, gardening, and interior renovation services in Belgium. They apply solely to the services provided directly by RENODAY. Online plant sales are handled separately by Jardiplants (jardiplants.renoday.be), a RENODAY project with its own terms and conditions of sale.
Quote requests
Any quote request can be submitted via the form available on renoday.be, by phone, or by email. An initial estimate is free when the scope of work and quantities are clearly defined. When a site visit involving measurements, level surveys, design, plans, or visualizations is required, RENODAY offers a paid, personalized study. Its content and price are always validated before it begins.
Acceptance of quotes
The quote provided by RENODAY only becomes binding on both parties once expressly accepted by the client (signature, written or email confirmation). The quote is valid for a limited period, stated on the document, after which prices and conditions may be revised.
Performance of services
Work is carried out according to the terms agreed with the client (timelines, site access, materials). Stated timelines are indicative and may be adjusted depending on weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances specific to the nature of the work.
Price and payment
Prices are those stated in the quote accepted by the client. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be requested before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the services, according to the terms specified in the quote or invoice.
Liability
RENODAY deploys the resources necessary for the proper performance of its services, with the care and diligence expected of a professional in the industry. Renoday cannot be held liable for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, or from force majeure events.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the competent courts of the judicial district of RENODAY's registered office shall have sole jurisdiction.
